Designed to show the disturbing realities of discrimination, these designs combine old-fashioned and modern representations of racism in the workplace. A collection of older, real magazine cut outs mixed with recent portraits of natural hair forced to be pulled back to conform to workplace requirements that discriminate against natural hair.
